This month we opened our seventh office by leasing the entire 23rd floor of 1776 Broadway where we also have offices on the 2nd and 19th floors.
The new 4,400 sq. ft. office has four exposures and brings the total of space leased to BOND New York in the building to 16,000 sq. ft.
Our co-founder, Bruno Ricciotti explains, “”We have officially added much-needed space to our Columbus Circle Headquarters to accommodate the relentless influx of industry talent moving to the firm in recent months. We will now occupy the full 23rd floor, 4400 sf with floor-to-ceiling glass installation, including private glass-encased offices, four-exposures with Hudson River, Times Square and direct Central Park views. Approximately 70% of the 40 desks are already accounted for!”
